What can a dollar do? A LOT!

Books and Other Donations
We accept gently used materials for book sales with proceeds benefiting your library. We accept all books except text books, magazines, encyclopedia sets or Reader's Digest Condensed books. Or you may chose to donate local history materials to the Butterfield Library

Cash and checks donations are gratefully accepted. These support our general fund. You can also specify what you would like your donation to support.

Legacies
Please consider making  the Julia L.Butterfield Memorial Library a part of your lasting legacy.

Friends of Butterfield
The focus of our Friends group is to benefit your community by providing assistance to the Library.  You can support them by becoming a member and/or attending their fundraisers, or by volunteering your time to help them.

Memorial Books
Honor someone special with a Memorial Book.  A bookplate will be placed inside the book acknowledging them.

Book Sales
Proceeds from the books you purchase support Butterfield and make events like the Halloween Hunt and
Poe Times Two possible.

iGive
Do you shop online? If you do, consider going through iGive. The company you purchase through will donate a designated percentage to your library at no extra cost to you. Select from over 680 stores including Barnes & Noble, Best Buy, Ebay, Expedia, Gap and many more.

Annual Campaign
Every year our library sends out a appeal letter asking for your financial support. 
Our libraries cannot exist without your support.
