Judy Meyer, President is an educator and currently works for the Haldane Central School District. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Hudson Valley Hospital Center in Peekskill, NY and a former Board member of the Julia L. Butterfield Memorial Hospital in Cold Spring, NY.
This year Judy was the recipient of the MHLS Trustee Success Story Award for her outstanding advocacy work on behalf of libraries.
Judy is an active community member and has been involved in many local organizations. She is life-long resident of Philipstown and currently resides in Cold Spring, NY.
Together, she and her husband John, a former Town of Philipstown Supervisor, raised three sons and are enjoying being grandparents.

Joseph Curto, VP is the President and co-owner of Yonkers Tennis Club. He is a founding partner of Sport & Wellness LLC, managing general partner of Curco Operating Company and President of JoMale Realty. He is formerly a Board member of the Westchester Coalition For The Hungry & Homeless, White Plains, Trustee of the Haldane School Foundation, Trustee for The Haldane Board of Education. Joe is currently member of the Haldane Audit Committee, Haldane Building & Grounds committee, Village of Cold Spring Comprehensive Plan/Working Group, member of Community Resources, Grants/Consultants & Economic Development. Joe also volunteers his time coaching girls softball with the Philipstown Little League.
Joe and his wife, Kathy live in the Village of Cold Spring where they are raising their four children.

Abigail Watson, Treasurer is a bookkeeper for various organizations and businesses. She has been a member of the Putnam Chorale for over 20 years and is an active community member. Gail has been involved in many local organizations including Chairman of the Architectural Review Board and past President of Fish of Philipstown. She is long-time resident of Philipstown and currently resides in Cold Spring, NY.
Gail and her husband Glennon Watson of Badey & Watson Land Surveyors, moved to Cold Spring in 1971 and together raised two daughters and a son. |

Candy Zgolinski, Secretary is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and where she earned a BA in English. She has worked for the Village of Cold Spring as deputy village clerk and acted for a time as director of PROCO (Preservation and Revitalization of Cold Spring). After receiving her RN in 1992, Mrs. Zgolinski worked at the Butterfield Hospital until it closed. She is currently employed as the school nurse for Haldane Central School.
Mrs. Zgolinski is involved in safety, wellness, and labor management committees at Haldane and is one of the organizers of the five annual blood drives in Philipstown. She is also the treasurer of the CSEA at Haldane and a member of the New York State Association of School Nurses.
Zgolinski and her family moved to Cold Spring in 1984. Her husband Al is an architect who is employed with di Domenico & Partners in Manhattan. He serves as the vice-chair of the Philipstown Recreation Commission and is chair of the Cold Spring Historic Review Board. Their two children Salley and Alex are both graduates of Haldane Central School. |

Kara Bickham is a pediatrician who completed her residency and infectious disease fellowship at the New York Hospital/Cornell Medical Center in Manhattan and worked at Rockefeller University as a physician-scientist specializing in dendritic cell biology and immunology. Currently, she works as a scientific editor and advisor. She is a member of The Philipstown Garden Club and is the co-chair of the Haldane Grounds committee, which focuses on environmental education for elementary students as well as maintenance of the school grounds. She is an active community member and volunteer at Haldane Central School.
Kara and her family moved to Cold Spring in 2003. Her husband, Samuel Seward, is the Assistant Vice President of Health Services at Columbia University. Their two daughters and son are students at Haldane Central School. |
